The project encompasses a 34,000 sq. ft. single-story cross-dock distribution facility and 5,000 sq. ft. concrete tilt-up office building. Project is on a 16.74 acre site. The site is constructed with over 499,980 square feet of concrete paving at 7 1/4”. Site paving was achieved utilizing our S-22e Somero Laser Screed with 3-D profiler and Total Station for accurate and complete paving of contoured sites.

Other items include an on site fuel station, guard shack, weigh scale, concrete truck curbs and associated sidewalks.
