This project connects the City of Oak Harbor Waterfront Trail from Scenic Heights Road to Maylor Point. LangCo NW, Inc. provided decorative concrete services for architectural feature walls, decorative concrete flatwork, concrete seating benches, and 3,000+ square feet of pervious concrete pavement parking lot.

The new facility for Navy Federal Credit Union in Oak Harbor, WA. LangCo NW, Inc. was subcontracted to form, pour, and finish the foundation, slabs, sitework, and the  34,000 +/- square foot Pervious Concrete parking lot.

This 12,000 square foot tilt-up concrete project is located in Everett, Washington. LangCo NW, Inc. provided services to form, place, and finish the foundation, slab, framing and casting of panels, lifting, bracing, and grouting of all tilt-up panels.

Tilt-up Concrete project encompassing approximately 29,600 +/- square feet of floor space.  LangCo NW, Inc. provided all labor for forming, rebar placement, placing and finishing of all concrete foundation, slab, loading dock, and site concrete as well as concrete tilt-up lifting/bracing.
