Dear Friends at LangCo,
Thank you so much for working so hard to help us keep our costs down for this addition to our building. It helps us to stretch resources for direct services to infants and toddlers. Thanks again for caring.

Builders Blitz Appreciation
Dear Brad,
On behalf of the Board of Directors I would like to thank you for your participation in our first ever Builders Blitz. The community support was outstanding with well over 80 businesses and groups giving of their time and expertise in making this new home a reality. The simple thank you seems inadequate, but be sure to know that it comes from a very deep appreciation.
Sincerely,
Karan Reed
Executive Director - Island County Habitat for Humanity

Record Single Pour for Paulk Homes
Today our incredible foundation crew, Langco, pumped 130 yards into this structure. Brad Lang continually walked around intently observing to make sure he had no blow outs. All went well. The footings on this structure were around 160 yards and this first set of walls were 130 yards and we still have a great deal more to form and pour. Note: this is a single auxiliary residential structure, not a high rise. The back wall is 21' tall and was poured top to bottom in a single pour to eliminate cold joints. For Paulk Homes this is a record.
Way to go Brad and crew
Ron Paulk

P.S. The steel portion of the structure and the entire 62' Wide x 122' long 1' thick concrete deck (roof) is being manufactured off site and will be brought in on 14 semi trucks and placed by Adam Jones who built Safeco and Quest Field.
