Office Support Specialist LangCo NW, Inc. is accepting resumes for a part-time Office Administrative Support Position.We are looking for a friendly, outgoing office support specialist who has a minimum of 3 years prior experience in the Construction industry. This person will work closely with Owners and Field Management Supervisors in assisting with information requests, document submittals for projects, document drafting for projects, among other various duties. Our desired candidate must be outgoing, have the ability to work effeciently and exercise good time managemet technique, and show current or previous ability to meet deadlines. This position comes with the following responsibilities: Answering customer inquiries -via- phone, email, or fax. Assisting Owner and Field Management with project support. Entries into Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Photoshop (or other publishing media is a big plus!) Drafting/Creation of Certified and Official documents. If you are a Notary, please list on resume. We are an E-Verify and RG Certified business, any experience or knowledge is helpful and should be mentioned. We are looking to hire for this position in the Spring. Wage DOE. Please note, position may fluctuate from part-time to full-time, and back, during peak and non-peak seasons.

Laborer
- Supply jobsite with all needed materials to build foundations or flatwork.
- Strip and clean all materials safely
- Must have a valid Washington Driver’s Lisence.
- Team oriented – ability to listen, respond, and work with others.
Flatwork Finisher Technician
- Must have the ability and understand how to finish all edges and rod concrete.
- Ability to use all handle tools (bullfloat, Fresno, groover, broom.)
- Experienced in using a walk-behind or riding trowel machine a plus.
- Team oriented – Ability to work well with laborers or worker raking concrete.
Foundation Foreman
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Layout and build foundations.
- Demonstrates leadership skills and people management ability.
- Team oriented – works well and teaches apprentices and laborers.
Leadman
- Fulfilled all Foundation Foreman requirements.
- Responsible for inspection appointments and scheduling pours.
- Understands and demonstrates the need for efficiency.
- Teaches Foremen, Apprentices, and Laborers the apsects of the job.
- Minimum of 5 years Commercial experience.
- Team oriented, and works well in a management position.
